HobbyPCB SBC->Network Bridge
With my latest changes to my 65C02 SBC, I find there are many times when I want to try something, but I am not in front of my PC running a serial client.
To solve the problem I have built a serial to network bridge based around an ESP32 Devkit V1. I can now use Tera Term and connect via the network to sbc65.local. I then have access as if I was talking directly to the serial I/F.
It uses telnet protocol and the SBC can also be rebooted by sending Ctrl-T-R.
It uses a program loaded into the ESP32 via Arduino IDE and it includes an OTA (Over the Air) upgrade option. There is also some additional hardware required:- 1x2N3904 transistor 2x10k Resistor 2x4k7 Resistor 3xBAT43 Diodes
