| This is a Printed Circuit Board for an Interface circuit which allows you to connect a modified CM108 USB Sound Dongle to a Baoefeng UV-5R handheld transceiver(HT). | |||
| Why did you make it? | |||
| There are many handheld transceivers on the market now and they can be purchased for as little as £15. They usually cover the 2metre & 70centimetre (VHF & UHF) amateur radio bands. They are ideal for many applications where they can be connected to a PC or RaspberryPi to create an inexpensive interface with the Internet. As such this allows a cheap HT to communicate globally. | |||
